"SKARABEY PARK" with ACT 14

Construction of the SCARABEY PARK residential building is in progress. The time has been with us and the rough construction of this jewel is now ready and ACT 14 is a fact. We are moving steadily forward to ACT 15 and then to the final where ACT 16 is.
